Product Description
Dihexa is an activator of the hepatocyte growth factor /c-Met (HGF/c-Met) system. Dihexa can bind to HGF with a Kd value of 65 pM and induce the phosphorylation of c-Met, thereby activating this system. Dihexa can also induce the differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into liver cells. In animal experiments, Dihexa also demonstrated antipsychotic and Alzheimer's activity. Dihexa effectively inhibits the dimerization of HGF at 1μM. Although 1nM and 10pM dihexa did not activate c-Met, it significantly increased the activity of HGF at 1.25 and 2.5 ng/mL to activate c-Met.
