Dihexa
Dihexa is an activator of the hepatocyte growth factor /c-Met (HGF/c-Met) system. Dihexa can bind to HGF with a Kd value of 65 pM and induce the phosphorylation of c-Met, thereby activating this system. Dihexa can also induce the differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into liver cells. In animal experiments, Dihexa also demonstrated antipsychotic and Alzheimer's activity. Dihexa effectively inhibits the dimerization of HGF at 1μM. Although 1nM and 10pM dihexa did not activate c-Met, it significantly increased the activity of HGF at 1.25 and 2.5 ng/mL to activate c-Met. ...

GHK-cu(Human Copper tri-peptide)
Basic Info. GHK-Cuis a tripetide . During wound healing, Copper tripeptide may be freed from existing extracellular proteins via proteolysis and serves as a chemoattractant for inflammatory and endothelial cells. Copper tripeptide has been shown to increase messenger RNA production for collagen, elastin, proteoglycans, and glycosaminoglycans in fibroblasts. Copper tripeptide is a natural modulator of multiple cllular pathways in skin regeneration. ...

SNAP-8
Basic Info. SNAP-8 peptide, or Acetyl Glutamyl Heptapeptide-1, is an advanced neuropeptide derived from Argireline(Acetyl Hexapeptide-3) . It was designed to enhance the wrinkle-reducing effects of Argireline while providing an even more potent ability to inhabit muscle contractions that cause expression lines. As part of the peptides in the skincare category. SNAP-8 works by reducing the depth of wrinkles caused by facial movements, such as frowning, smiling, or squinting. Scientifically, SNAP-8 functions by mimicking a fragment of the SNAP-25protein , which plays a crucial role in neurotransmitter release . It competes with natural SNAP-25 for a spot in the SNARE complex , thereby destabilizing the formation of synaptic vesicles responsible for muscle contractions. This mechanism effectively leads to a muscle-relaxing effect, similar to Botox but without injection-related risks. Over time, this helps prevent the deepening of fine lines and wrinkles , particularly on the forehead and around the eyes. ...

Dihexa
Basic Info. Dihexa, also known as N-hexanoic acid-tyrosine-isoleucine-(6)-aminohexanamide, is an oligopeptide drug and an angiotensin IV analog. It is orally active and can penetrate the blood-brain barrier. It has a high affinity for hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and enhances the activity of its receptor c-Met. Dihexa has shown excellent antipsychotic activity and cognitive improvement in animal models and has the potential to study and treat Alzheimer's disease. ...

VIP(Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide)
Basic Info. Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide (VIP) is a neuropeptide with a wide range of functions, including vasodilation, regulation of smooth muscle activity, and control of epithelial cell secretion. It acts as a neuromodulator and neurotransmitter in the gastrointestinal tract and other tissues. VIP is also involved in immune regulation, potentially playing a role in anti-inflammatory effects. ...

FOXO4-DRI
Basic Info. FOXO4-DRI is a peptide designed to target and eliminate senescent cells, which accumulate with age and contribute to various age-related diseases and tissue damage. FOXO4-DRI works by selectively inducing apoptosis (programmed cell death) in senescent cells, effectively clearing them from the body. This mechanism can help restore tissue health and function by removing the negative influence of senescent cells. ...

Adipotide(ETPP)
Basic Info. FTPP Adipotide is a research peptide known for its potential in targeting and reducing fat deposits. It functions as an experimental pro-apoptotic peptide, designed to selectively bind to blood vessels supplying white adipose tissue, leading to fat cell depletion. By disrupting the blood flow to fat cells, FTPP induces apoptosis (programmed cell death), causing a reduction in fat mass. Originally investigated for its potential in obesity research, FTPP has demonstrated promising results in animal studies, where it led to significant weight loss without affecting lean muscle mass. Researchers have explored its applications in metabolic health, fat loss studies, and obesity-related conditions. ...

PT-141
Basic Info. P T- 141 is a synthetic analog of a natural, endogenous peptide known as alpha-MSH. As a result, it stimulates similar receptors and has similar results throughout the body. Alpha-MSH is a melanocortin, a set of hormones that regulate a large range of physical functions. Acting on the melanocortin 1 receptor produces the effects of PT-141, providing varying effects when interacting in different parts of the brain. They include sexual arousal and functioning, and appetite suppression. Studies have been conducted on PT-141 since it was first synthesized in the 1960s. During routine studies, a researcher injected himself with twice the intended dose. He went on to experience an 8 hour erection. Later studies have shown potential efficacy in treating female sexual dysfunction. ...

DSIP
Basic Info. DSIP (delta sleep inducing peptide or delta sleep peptide) was first discovered in 1974 by the Swiss G. Schoeneberger and M. Monnier, who isolated it from the brain blood of sleeping rabbits. Since the discovery, several hundred articles have been published, most of which describe the localization and involvement of the peptide in the brain and peripheral nervous system. The main property of DSIP is the ability to induce a stage of non-REM sleep, which is effective in combating insomnia. The peptide was found to affect electrophysiological activity, neurotransmitter levels in the brain, circadian and locomotor structures, hormonal levels, psychological performance and concentration, and the activity of neuropharmacological drugs. A pronounced effect on withdrawal symptoms, including pain conditions in alcoholics and drug addicts, was noted. It has also been shown to be effective in chronic pain, including migraines. ...
